Museum members visit Mexicali with Art Scene Baja

Thanks to a collaboration with Art Scene Baja, museum members were able to take part in a visit to Mexicali, where we met with the Asociación China de Mexicali, visited the Museo Wok and La Chinesca, wrapping up with with the Sociedad de Alumnos CETYS-China.

On June 28, eighteen volunteers from the American Library Association's Preservation in Action Subcommittee joined us at the Extension building to support work improving the storage conditions of museum paper cuttings, large format prints and works of art on paper, as well as textiles.
