Red Bishop, a work of creative nonfiction, resulted from an attempt to make the world’s most challenging movie. The intricate, personal story of Bishop Robin Chen and his family tells the history of 20th century China and China’s experience with Christianity, giving context to current Sino-American geopolitics.
Biography:
Robin T.W. Yuan is a plastic surgeon, graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Medical School, and father of two. He enjoys tennis, golf, and the violin, and authored three previous books on mid-life, cosmetic surgery, and marriage. He is the current president of Phi Lambda Charitable Trust.
